The Susquehanna River Valley Chapter of the Ruffed Grouse Society will hold its inaugural Five Stand Fun Shoot Sunday, May 19, at Lambs Creek Sportsman’s Club in Mansfield.
Money raised through this event will benefit habitat projects on public lands in northcentral Pennsylvania.
This is a non-competitive shoot aimed at bringing together bird hunters and clay shooters for a fun event and to introduce attendees to the habitat projects and mission of the local RGS chapter.
Participants can shoot as many rounds of Five Stand as they wish at $10 per 30-target round. Registration for the shoot runs from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Shooting hours begin at 10 a.m. and will run through 3 p.m.
Lunch will be available for $10.
